SERVE OPPORTUNITIES COMING SOON!

SIMPLY PUT, at this stage DTJ does not have any ground projects of our own for you to join. However, we do know of thousands of needs, and many organizations and ministries working to meet them in beautiful ways all over the world. Injustice is being fought in the trenches and thoughtful, talented and deeply loving people are giving mercy to children at-risk.

Also, there are hundreds of needs we have identified that no one is addressing. In these scenarios, where no one is working, we encourage you to start your own ministry! Email us if you would like help or guidance in regards to starting a ministry, and we will serve you to the best of our capabilities, or point you in the direction of others already working in that arena. We want to know what your heart beats for serve@discoverthejourney.org

We want you to get your hands dirty and put to use on behalf of
children at-risk. How can you do that? Check out our Commrades and see
the evidence of people working tirelessly around the world to relieve
the suffering of children. You can join them.

PARTNERING

We see our main purpose as being a vehicle of exposure. We want to use media to open people's eyes and hearts to injustices, inspire them to help, and then facilitate their action. We hope to channel the energy created when people see our media towards organizations that are currently working to tackle those issues. Rather than creating our own programs, in many cases, we would rather partner with trusted and committed non-profits, ministries, agencies, and churches that demonstrate viable and effective work for the poor and oppressed, the orphan and the widow.

DTJ currently has no on-the-ground staff or service opportunities locally or internationally. But our partners do! From the jungles of Indonesia to the streets of Los Angeles, we would like to see you partner with committed organizations who have pre-established and proven methods of working with the poor in hopes that your inspired passion translates into real and "right" action.
